Corporate PPA requires the generation asset and the corporate buyer to fit at the same time.
We review the generation asset, corporate power demand, contract tenor, pricing, credit and settlement structure together. The objective is not simply to introduce a power plant, but to determine whether a bankable long-term contract can actually be formed.
